Simple operation. Single-action hydraulic closed circuit connected to an oil tank with automatic topping up for small leakages or losses. The air entered into the pneumatic circuit (by inlet R) ensures the functioning of the product. A sturdy spring for type RM or the dual-action for type RP ensure the return at max speed. Output oil pressure can be varied by adjusting the inlet air pressure. It can be mounted in any position, but the recovery tank must be placed upright.
APPLICATIONS: for mini-cylinders moving or equipment requiring sudden small quantities of oil at high pressure. Also used for controlling modules for riveting.

UPC and UPM units are sets that can be combined when installing a standard pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder is difficult.
Designed, in two parts:
– UPC (Pneumohydraulic Cylinder Unit) is the cylinder part,
– UPM (Pneumohydraulic Increasing Unit) is the amplification part.The UPC part can be easily mounted on the machine and the UPM part low down or in a corner where it won’t get in the way. The UPM connects to one or more UPCs via one or more hydraulic hoses, depending on the number of UPCs and the working stroke.
The choice of multiplier depends on the UPC defined. -
