SUBJECT: APPLICABILITY OF ANNEX XI -XX-XXXV-XL REG 833/2014, ANNEX I REG 258/2012, ANNEX XVI – XVII – XXVIII-XXX REG 765/2006 “GOODS RELATED TO THE XIV SANCTIONS PACKAGE RUSSIA, BELARUS

Following the entry of the XIV Sanctions Package against Russia and Belarus, the applicability criteria of these regulations have been revised in reference to the range of Enerfluid products.

From the analysis carried out, in particular by referring to the combined customs nomenclature/taric codes listed in the annexes to the aforementioned regulations,  it is clear that Enerfluid products are not included among those listed.

It follows that ENERFLUID components are EXCLUDED from the scope of application of the aforementioned regulations
